Waiting as its rewards (so they say at least, haha); if not for the character-building it supposedly provides, then definitely for the sweet moment that the long wait is finally over and your turn for whatever it is has finally arrived.
In the case of this 767, the wait for its turn to leave has finally arrived. In this picture, it certainly is blue skies for the plane's passengers and crew who are now leaving the conga line for their turn on the runway. The long wait is now over; they can finally get on their way.
