Both pretty much fit.

While it has yet to see combat, the Raptor seems destined to overcome anything thrown against it. With the ability to cruise in supersonic sans afterburners, fitted with vertically-variable position engine nozzles to give it incredible agility, and possessing the radar cross section of a metal marble, there's few things in the skies that it can consider a serious threat.

The crowd at this air show know they're in the presence of something great! Although a little difficult to see through the hot engine exhaust of its twin F119-PW-100s, all eyes on the line were on the stealthy beast as it taxied out for departure. Obvously, it was hard to deny the presence of what is currently the last word in air superiority fighters.

Aviation is a passion of mine... always has been. And photography is a means of sharing that passion with others. If I'm not flying a plane or sitting in one, then I'm likely training a lens towards it. While I've flown planes for only a fraction of my life, I've always considered myself a pilot. And pilots love sharing their experiences with others. It's easy to tell others how to takeoff, but only when I pass on that sense of joy that I feel of breaking Earth's surly bonds do most people understand why I love doing what I do.
